I recently signed up for SKY TV streaming with the Puck connected to my TV via HDMI. I previously used BT-Now TV via a similar box and HDMI.

The BT-NOW TV box never had any problems of reception, but the SKY signal drops out every 10 minutes or so for 3-4 seconds with a black screen before returning to normal. Sometimes it does not return at all and I have to switch off the Puck and restart everything.

I do not have fibre but the broadband signal has never caused any issues.

Does anyone have the same issues, and what is the solution.

Hi

what speed is your broadband ?

What speed is your puck receiving ? You can check this by going into the native Netflix app and detecting get help then check my network ....

ideally you would need at least 25-30mbs minimum to run optimally.

the only other issue could be your hdmi handshake from the tv cutting out

Is it the WiFi signal that's dropping or is it losing connection to your TV?
