I occasionally find the Manage Contents Packs &amp;amp; Manage Home Set-up buttons greyed out. Force quitting the app then reloading it usually solves it and has the buttons in blue &amp;amp; clickable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ma trying to cancel AD Skipping but the manage button is greyed out on the My Sky App and online. Does this mean you HAVE to phone them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
