      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky had become very bad with customers and helping them. I my opinion Sky has gone backwards. They take forever to reply to your messages if at all. Customers services use to be a top quality service! New its become very lacking in quality services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
