      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which subscription package do you have? I believe, from murky memory for reasons best known to C5, their non-live content requires a higher level of permission to access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's odd as when my parents had the same error, they got round it by finding the show in on demand. It's not a fix, but it shows that there's something odd happening on Sky's side.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've fixed mine (on sky glass) by turning the plug off at the wall, then holding the power button down, then, while still holding the button down, turn the power plug back on. Keep the power button pressed until the system applies updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was for Sky Glass, not sure if the equivalent can be done for you??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We are having problems primarily with programmes with HD, but it's random and affects others such as u &amp;amp; Alibi, and also recorded programmes - saying we need to upgrade our subscription, when we already pay fir HD.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
