    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4446819"&gt;@JenDunphs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I don't have Paramount + so have not encountered this issue. &amp;nbsp;Maybe try unplug your router for about 15 minutes and when you plug it in it might give you a different IP address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just googled "Error 3304 Paramount plus" and found the following 1 minute YouTube video &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBKmhGAbFC4&amp;amp;t=33s" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBKmhGAbFC4&amp;amp;t=33s&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a look to see if it helps but if not you may need to call Paramount for some troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Error code - 3304&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive done a reboot, refresh and nothing is changing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
