      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think that sky whole home is good value but the fact they ask for £39.95 for one additional puck is disgraceful. I spoke to agent who agreed that it's not good customer service, you literally plug it in and it's on! Why £39.95?!?! Just to switch something on!! Has anyone else raised this and had the fee waived?? Thankyou&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thankyou&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first additional puck you get when you add Whole Home is normally 'free' but any additional ones after that usually have the activation fee attached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;£39.95 is particularly galling when you realise that Sky initially sold, not loaned, the Stream pucks to customers for £20, meaning that customers could legitimately sell them if so wished when their contract was over. Interestingly there are increasing numbers of Stream pucks on eBay, most of which I imagine are actually owned by Sky...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4445789"&gt;@Supermac0151&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;When I got Glass about 3 years ago I declined a free puck as I only had 1 TV at that time. &amp;nbsp;About a year later I had need of a puck and Sky waived the fee as I hadn't taken advantage of the free puck a year previously. &amp;nbsp;They had no need to do this so it was excellent customer service IMHO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect some of the charge is partly to cover the cost of the puck, remote, HDMI and power supply. &amp;nbsp;I don't know how much they would cost but suspect it is nowhere near the £39.95&lt;/P&gt;</description>
