    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4445011"&gt;@Ben420&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;as you have found the only way to get past this error message (at least the only way&amp;nbsp;I have found) is to reboot your puck. &amp;nbsp;You can either unplug it for a short while or use the restart procedure at Settings &amp;gt; System management &amp;gt; resets&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; updates &amp;gt; Restart device (this takes a couple of minutes and give a blank scree for a while). &amp;nbsp;I had to do it myself about an hour ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky are aware and are working on the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What a waste of time how many times must i turn of my puck at the mains to either get a software error try again or updating software to then get software error&amp;nbsp; try agian had it fitted at 9am this morning its now ten past 2 in the afternoon and im still no further forward than before i had sky fitted . Wish id not botherd and just stayed with amazon .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
