My set up is an LG TV - 50QNED80T6A and a Bose Solo 5 Soundbar as the sound from this TV is not great It is connected via Optical. That is effectively the Speaker Output for this TV. When tuning the remote I selected option where I knew the Make and Model No. and also tried the other options too. The on screen guide told me my TV is not supported. Now I can't turn the TV on or off, and can't adjust the volume, for although it shows on the TV as trying to. Hence I need to use the LG remote (No. 1) to switch the TV on, use the Bose Remote (No. 2) to switch on the Soundbar and then jump to the 3rd Sky Remote (No. 3) to use the TV and of course jump back to the LG or Bose Remote to adjust the Volume. I had the same set up with Virgin Stream Box and I only needed one remote, the Virgin one, it switched the LG TV off and adjustedytbe volume. Is there any options out there. Can I manually configure the remote to my tv? Or can I even use it to control the volume on the Bose Solo 5? Can it do both or does it just configure for one device? Although I can work it, no one else can manage the 3 remotes, too confusing. So anyone out there able to help or am I consigned to 18 more months of confusion before I can make a change? Lol Help!....

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. I tried and the Magic Remote doesn't control the Sky Stream Puck unfortunately. Checked in a forum.
