Sky News on demand catchup video - why so compressed and low resolution?

I really don't understand why Sky News on demand programmes and featured videos on Stream are so compressed and low resolution compared to the live HD stream and other channels on demand stuff? It also seems slightly juddery too which isn't apparent when shown live.

@Paul+Dray rolling news channels are designed to becwatched in real time so I suspect on demand content is low priority but this is an issue you need to raisecwith Sky's Viewer Relations team at viewerR@sky.uk

Sky News actually have a lot of special programmes or regular shows like The World with Yalda Hakim that are good to catch up on or watch separately from regular live news. So I don't take the suggestion that all these are low priority.
