If you got it after this date it is loaned to you and sky should replace it. (See: &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All my pucks are from when Glass first came out and working as expected (except for a no WiFi bug which is also happening on Glass), so other than connecting via ethernet and turning WiFi off, or conducting a factory reset to see if these have a positive effect, the only other thing could be possible hardware failure.       <title>Sky Puck erratic</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Puck which is about 2-3 years old often takes a long time to start and often I have to reboot it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed the suggested help instructions and still the problem persists&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
