Stream Puck Activation Webpage Restricted

I'm adding an additional Puck and getting all the way to linking account with a 6 digit code. But when going to Sky.com/activate error message is .... This Page is Restricted. Same error when going through product settings route. Any ideas ?

Try deleting temp files and cookies from your browser.

couple of things to try ....

turn using an Ethernet cable through the setup

try using a different web browser (maybe even try your phone on its data connection not wifi)

also make sure you are signed into the activation page with the correct sky email address you used when you subscribed to sky stream
