    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've run all the checks and reset router and puck but the puck isn't connecting to the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;internet is working for some other devices in the household but not all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is this a new puck your are setting up? If so try the steps outlined here: &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/setting-up-sky-stream/articles/connect-tv-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/setting-up-sky-stream/articles/connect-tv-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try using an ethernet cable to complete setup and then switching back to WiFi has worked for a number of people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not there is a bug that a few posters including myself are suffering from. Glass and Pucks saying no WiFi when coming out of standby. Pressing home a few times gets the home screen to load and live TV will work, but apps won't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find putting my device in standby, restarting the router waiting 1 full minute and then pressing the home button takes me straight back to the home screen with all apps working. Sky are investigating this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
