      <title>logggin out of paramount plus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have paramount free with sky cinema &amp;amp; it keeps logging me out. i have followed the fixes on other threads which work, but why do i have to keep doing this? i never had to log in everytime i use apple + or virgin subscriptions. its really not convenient to have to reset every time you want to use a service. so how do i fix it for good? is it an issue with the puck which generally works ok but lags when using apple but not other services&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4247650"&gt;@MH70&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Using Paramout+ shouldn't need to be logged into each time or log you out each time. &amp;nbsp;You say you have tried all the usual fixes but without knowing what they are it is hard to know if I'm suggesting something you have already tried. &amp;nbsp;So apologies if this is the case. &amp;nbsp;However go to Settings and then System management and select App refresh. &amp;nbsp;This takes a few minutes, you will know when it is done when it returns you to the Home Screen. ( although I am told it continues to work in the **bleep** kground for several hours)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
