I have two sky pucks.

In my opinion they are the worst thing ever from sky and I can't wait to change my provider.
It freezes so you have to reset the puck. They are cheap and nasty and I would say if you are thinking of getting one, don't!!!

it doesn't come on when you press the remote. It jumps from where you start it and you miss parts of the show.
Sky you need to sort this out. I can't even look online, it takes you through to a page that has yes/no answers. You get to the end and it just asks "Is this page helpful", you click no, it takes you through to the beginning.
I willlook into my contract and see what time I have left. Will keep the broadband as that is great.
