sounds like a new puck it needed. I had the same issue. Been with sky 7 weeks and already had to replace two pucks

Hi @chestj00

Try powering off at the mains for a few minutes and powering back on again I. The first instsnce. If issues persist post back and we can recommend some other things to try.

@Bazman1 it's very unlikely that the issues you are experiencing are related to the hardware, if you post what issues you are having the community will do it's best to help. Unfortunately Sky's call centres default position seems to be to just replace them.

Keep getting the same issue, posted on main thread yesterday. Sky have repalaced my router but no joy. Fed up with turning off at yhe wall every couple of hours!
