Sky stream channel not available

Logged it with sky who have sent me a new router but not worked. Getting really fed up with this now. It has to be an issue between the hub and stream puc but i dont see why this has only just started. Had stream for over a year and no issues. Upped my broadband package to see if that would help but thinking a wired virgin connection may be my best bet!

@The+stamps84 I am struggling to fully understand your problem and the fact that no one else has joined in makes me think they are having the same problem.

Your heading is Sky Stream Channel not working. Do you mean a specific channel is not working or all channels not working, i.e. do you have no picture at all?

You say Sky has sent you a new router. Is your internet with Sky then and if so what was wrong with your old router?
If there was something wrong with your old router what was wrong with it, and if as you say everything has been working well for about a year what changed, was your old router faulty?

With respect I think you need to explain a bit more clearly what your set up is and exactly the problem you are having.
We are Sky customers on here just trying to help.
