    <description>&lt;P&gt;Logged it with sky who have sent me a new router but not worked. Getting really fed up with this now. It has to be an issue between the hub and stream puc but i dont see why this has only just started. Had stream for over a year and no issues. Upped my broadband package to see if that would help but thinking a wired virgin connection may be my best bet!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2734516"&gt;@The+stamps84&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I am struggling to fully understand your problem and the fact that no one else has joined in makes me think they are having the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your heading is Sky Stream Channel not working. &amp;nbsp;Do you mean a specific channel is not working or all channels not working, i.e. do you have no picture at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You say Sky has sent you a new router. &amp;nbsp;Is your internet with Sky then and if so what was wrong with your old router? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If there was something wrong with your old router what was wrong with it, and if as you say everything has been working well for about a year what changed, was your old router faulty?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With respect I think you need to explain a bit more clearly what your set up is and exactly the problem you are having. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We are Sky customers on here just trying to help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
