Programme on playlist cannot be viewed

Programmes added to playlist will not record. I can understand this for programmes from other providers, possibly due to broadcast rights, however these are Sky Sports programmes that are not available on other platforms. I will return to Virgin when my contract ends with Sky as I never had this problem with them.

Hi @Eddie49

@what do you mean don't record ? Stream is a system that streams the items on your playlist from the relevant streaming app. Sky sports programmes should be available to view (at least for a short time) from your playlist

do you have an example ?

Example is Indy NXT which appears on my playlist but without the arrow that shows it will play. This was showing as a replay last Monday but will not playback.

@Eddie49 When you go into your Playlist there shouldn't be an arrow. Just use your remote to highlight it and press the middle button and it will take you through to all the Indi NXT programs available and chose the one you want to watch and press the middle button again to let it play.
