Do your WiFi speeds fluctuate or stay roughly the same?

For example when I was with VM I got speeds of around 900mbps, but during the same test the speeds would also drop as low as 70mbps.

With Sky my speeds are reasonably slow 80mbps but during a test my speeds stay very constant throughout.

From what I've noticed Sky Stream likes a stable connection over a fast one, I very rarely have issues with my puck.

My sky stream puck is constantly either freezing or displaying messages such as technical error try again later. Some days it'll work other days can't watch more than 10 mins of any programme. Got no issue with WiFi its very good connection turned off anything that could cause interference and no better at all losing the will a bit with constantly restarting the thing

To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.

What speed is reported?

Have you tried connecting to your router via ethernet and turning WiFi off to see if that makes things any more stable? If it doesn't then you may have a faulty puck.
