Synching Sky Stream remote to control Amazon Fire TV

Just switched from Sky Q to Sky Stream. I am unable to link the new Sky remote control to turn to on/off and amend the volume. Any suggestions?

Is your TV one of the Amazon Omni QLED sets or is it manufactured by another brand and uses the FireTV OS?

Hi i have recently had this problem, i then put the manufacturer as JVC and it worked on the 2 or 3rd attempt. Hope this helps.

I have the same issue, tried ll manufacturers nothing, fire tv code not accepted or cannot be found
