Sky puck stream not turning on

The sky stream is not running on, although I read all the instructions and followed the guidance but it didn't work.

Which guide have you tried in particular? Have you followed all steps in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

If so you will need to contact Sky for a replacement pick.. We are fellow subscribers here on the community.
