      <title>Netflix Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive got streaming puck and have Netflix as part of my plan but can't access it - all I get is a message 'to sign up for Netflix on this device you'll need a plan with Sky'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried updating app, restarting puck, then factory resetting puck all to no avail, still cannot access Netflix&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky cust services said known issue and it would work after a couple of weeks, but that is not the case &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pretty disappointed tbh&lt;/P&gt;</description>
