I don't use it on a regular basis so it's not warranted my time or energy however tonight it was unwatchable. Not sure how others find the service however it's been a real step down from Sky Q for me.

It did stabilise as the night went on however the best of the golf was done by then so it was no use.

Programme Loading & Technical Fault

Having an issue with my Sky Stream tonight which is as follows:

- Turn the puck on

- Choose any channel from the menu

- Channel comes on and displays the error message at the top of the screen "Please wait for your programme to load". This message remains despite the channel working fine

- After a couple of minutes I get an error message saying there's a technical fault with the channel and to try again later. Again this is despite the channel and picture being fine

- I'm then kicked to the main Sky Stream menu

This happens on every channel. I don't hop from channel to channel so I know it's not an issue with the WiFi not being able to keep up. I also have the 500mb full fibre package so can't imagine speed is an issue either - the puck is also yards from my router completely unblocked.

I'd just off the phone with Sky who are sending a new puck out. They say everything seems fine from a diagnostics standpoint on their end and can only put it down to an issue with the puck itself.

In all honesty I have no faith a new puck will work so wondering if anyone else has had this issue and managed to resolve it somehow?
