Try unplugging it for a few minutes and see if the works if not ring sky about a replacement

Hi @Rcolton and welcome to the forum.

Your issue sounds similar to what happened to my puck a couple of months ago. My puck suddenly froze and I rebooted it but it would not get past the Sky logo screen. I tries restarting it a few more times and then tried the recovery process a few time. I tried on both Ethernet and Wi-Fi but the problem persisted.

I was unable to do a factory reset as I was unable to get to the settings menu. I did an online chat with Sky who decided that the puck needed replacing. I had no issues with the replacement puck.

Try the suggestion given by @peter-marlow+1966 and if it doesn't help I would also try the recovery process as explained in step 4 of this LINK

If this still doesn't resolve the issue then you will unfortunately need to call Sky for further troubleshooting and if necessary a puck replacement.

Good luck 🤞
