What equipment should I receive for Sky Stream? So far I have been sent two pucks.

@KazzaH What did you order? If it was Sky stream and nothing else then that is all you will receive.

@KazzaH If you ordered two pucks then that's what you'll receive. Just plug them in and follow the on screen prompts.

I presume you also have a Whole Home subscription too? (If not you won't be able to use both pucks).

Note that Sky Stream is a subscription television product. If you asked for Sky Broadband at the same time as placing the order for Sky Stream, that's fulfilled on a completely different timescale.
