Over the past few months I have noticed a continuous issue with my sky stream. It seems to stop working and I have to reset it constantly.

Can you explain in a bit more detail what kind of issues you are getting, like on screen messages, any Sky puck lock ups etc.

Is it live channels or a particular app you are having issues with.

Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say over an half hour period.
What is your speed?
