      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4432878"&gt;@ChrisH12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The stream pucks are highly reliant on a good strong signal, and not just a high speed. &amp;nbsp;Are you connected to your router via an Ethernet cable? &amp;nbsp;Usually when they are connected this way these problems occur a lot less. &amp;nbsp;It not then make sure your router and puck have a clear line of sight to each other with no objects in the way, and the router is not on a window sill, and no objects close to the router or the puck. &amp;nbsp;That usually provides a more stable signal. &amp;nbsp;I hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
