Hi @Hamish10

When you say you have checked your internet, where did you check? Your puck needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can measure the speed from your puck by opening Netflix > left hand menu > Get help > connectivity check.

Failing this you can try a number of things such as moving your puck incase ther bis interference, change channels on your router, try WiFi extenders or use ethernet/ homeplugs, ensuring you turn WiFi off in the puck settings.

When you restart the puck try powering it off at the mains for 2 minutes rather than just a quick reboot. This ensures any cache is cleared.

MikeAlanR

Sky Stream Puck

I have recently set up my Sky Stream Puck, occupied by Sky Broadband which had already been set up. I connected everything and it all seems fine. However every channel is coming up with a technical fault. I've restarted the puck and also unplugged it, but still nothing has worked. I've checked my internet speed and it's sitting at 149. Any ideas on how to sort it?
