    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Discovery+ app has an annoying tendency to log you out if you haven't used it for a while, (happens on all platforms). So first thing is check if you're still logged in. If you're on the main app, blue "create account", "activate", "log in" page, then select log in and follow the on screen prompts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to activate Discovery+</title>

      <description>I have just tried to access the Discovery+ app and it's saying it needs activated, I have tried to activate but it just goes round in circles telling me to activate. We have been watching the app with no issues up until now, I have tried a full reset of my Sky puck to no avail. I'm asking for help on here before calling Sky them selves.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3450354"&gt;@Wendymac&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;One thing you could try is go to the Settings in Sky Stream and go to System management and you will see a Refresh apps tab, press that and wait for it to finish. &amp;nbsp;You will know when it's finished as it will automatically return you to the Home page. &amp;nbsp; The same part of Settings there is also a Restart button, it is similar to a hard reset but a bit gentler, try that as well after you have done the app refresh.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stephen+Mourton&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem&amp;nbsp; when I&amp;nbsp; cancelled&amp;nbsp; t n t sports and my discovery plus&amp;nbsp; would not let me watch from my discovery plus&amp;nbsp; play list until i&amp;nbsp; activated it again in the my products&amp;nbsp; settings&amp;nbsp; in the settings&amp;nbsp; on my sky glass, being logged out is nothing&amp;nbsp; to do with&amp;nbsp; the&amp;nbsp; activation&amp;nbsp; of the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
