I recently had sky stream installed. Intermittently the picture on my tv goes blank and then comes back after a few seconds. It seems as if the connection is broken for a few seconds. Please help

Are you connected using WiFi or Ethernet?

Ethernet is generally a more reliable and stable way to connect as WiFi is prone to interference. If connected via Ethernet make sure WiFi is turned off in the Settings.

It's probably set on auto - , depending on your tv you may want to try uhd or 1080

HDMI connects the puck to your TV. Ethernet connects the puck to your router. If you do use ethernet remember to turn WiFi off on the puck's network settings menu.
