      <title>Error messages when accessing Sky Shop</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently just joined Sky Stream and I am trying to setup Paramount + and discovery + as I get these with the cinema package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when setting them up I get an error message 'MKSKY_2018' and I can't get past it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even when accessing Sky Shop I get an error 'MYSKY_1018'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does anybody know how to sort this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
