Error messages when accessing Sky Shop

I have recently just joined Sky Stream and I am trying to setup Paramount + and discovery + as I get these with the cinema package.

when setting them up I get an error message 'MKSKY_2018' and I can't get past it

Even when accessing Sky Shop I get an error 'MYSKY_1018'

does anybody know how to sort this?
