I have already sent a message I don't want sky sports but it has been added to my account costing £50 which I didn't order please can you help with this as it has already been taken from my bank account

@Kimmy4 You need to ring Sky. We are fellow customers like you on here.

You can get them on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone or use the Contact Us option in the forum footer.

Sky don't add subscriptions on there own you must have ordered sky sports at some point, you need to call sky , and find out if you are on a monthly contract, or a 24 month contract, if you are on a monthly contract you will need to give 31 days notice of cancellation
