Streaming puck losing WiFi connection

My Streaming puck keeps losing WiFi connection and this happens every 15 minutes or so. I can't watch any programmes without this happening

@lisajb09 Are the puck and the HUB close to each other for the wi-fi signal! Also what Sky Hub do you have!

Can you try connecting via ethernet cable temporarily and turning off the WiFi in the puck settings

if the issue still persists after that please report back
