Downstairs Puck Wont Update Software!!!

Sky Puck Looks To Have Packed Up

Constantly been getting "technical issue" error codes on all our channels

2 pucks in the house the above happened to both....

Was advised to do a software update when I eventually got through to someone via online chat .... what a waste of time this has been.... the Puck is now flashing RED/AMBER and freezing on Updating Software Downloading.....

Ive completed a soft reset by unplugging waiting holding down the standby button blah blah blah but nothing is working

Connected Puck Via Ethernet and Still Nothing

We have been without tv now for almost 3 weeks and im fuming as sky still take the direct debit, you can't talk to a human being over the phone and can't get any technical support

Please someone help 😢

@Pefki84 You can speak to a human over the phone. Admittedly the bot is annoying but I've never not got through to a human when I've rung Sky.
