So far gone through 3 remotes. That no one in the community can answer. I also, from day one have been unable to skip ads (I pay to have that) when I rewind shows a minute or less, it jumps back to the start of the show. When you then fast forward and press play it goes back to the start. I have to turn off the puck and restart. It's an embarrassment and poor to say the least, my actual opinion of sky would get me banned from here.
