    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds as if the wi-fi is struggling in your bedroom. Can you check the speed your receiving with your mobile in wi-fi mode in your bedroom. A work around is connecting your puck via a set of powerline adaptors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Technical issues on sky puck</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just received a new sky puck for my multi room&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;connected it properly, &amp;nbsp;it doesn't allow me to connect to my internet via WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;plugged the Ethernet cable in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updated it all via Ethernet cable and then went to network settings and it's not allowing me to connect via WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a little tricky to have it wireless in the bedroom&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it says sorry because of a technical issue you're currently experiencing a limited service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;soon as I put Ethernet in it works, but I need it wireless&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
