You don't say what TV you have connected stream to.       <title>Sky stream remote control issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having issues with stream remote. Upgraded to sky max and since installing the white router and booster. I have not been able to use remote. So three remotes needed TV SKY SOUNDBOX and stream remote which by the way is hit or miss to turn on the puck. Have to unplug puck and wait. Also getting osm programmed loading or unable to connect at this time . Could someone please help I have spent hours on chat and speaking with an advisor. Still couldn't fix. Replacement remote sent. It's just the same. Have an engineer coming out next week to check WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
