    <description>&lt;P&gt;Moved to Sky Stream last week and have received several emails to activate my new netflix account inclued in the package..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow the link and give my sky account details and get back a code and enter it and then nothing.... same error message every time saying it's a sky problem and to try again later.... been the same for days.... any chance sky fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As you can activate netflix by signing in on Sky with your existing account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply.... I tried something similar on my puck and it let me register for Netflix there. It just not work if you use the link from the email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am new to Sky having moved over from BT. My package includes ad free Netflix and this is stated on my account details. I cannot activate Netflix on my TV. All I get is an error message that the problem is with Sky and I should try again later. This has been going on for over a week! My major problem with BT was customer service. It appears that I have jumped out of the frying pan into the fire because I am getting no help fro Sky at all. The customer service seems equally shambolic. Can anyone out there suggest how&amp;nbsp; can I move things forward? I haven't got the time to spend hours on the telephone waiting for someone to answer and whenever I have been given an answer it is just an AI bot which returns me to the same useless page on the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in anticipation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neil H&lt;/P&gt;</description>
