Sky stream says press Home to refresh connection and doesn't work. Have reset the device and WiFi is working perfectly

I have recently rejoined Sky after few years away due to problems I was having with their routers. I now have had Sky stream for about a week and it's constantly freezing which requires unplugging as the only solution. I'm currently still on BT social broadband which is 70mb but getting Sky 350mb installed tomorrow which hopefully will solve this problem. I will let u all know 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Sky 350mb broadband installed today but puck still locking up and showing equipment fault on self test on app. Spoke to Sky and they're sending new puck tomorrow and refunding for loss of service, hopefully new puck will be ok 🤞🤞
