    <description>&lt;P&gt;Rented a film from Sky store, the usual 30days to start then 48hrs to watch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to watch the movie, I keep getting the following on screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Playback unavailable at the moment. Please try again. Code(1100)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried restarting the puck and checked all apps and software is the latest as suggested in other questions for sky glass and skyQ.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other advice that may help, before I complain and ask for my money back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The money is showing as paid through my Internet banking and the 48hr time clock is ticking away for us to watch it, so I assume the payment wasn't the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
