      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4423772"&gt;@LH2511&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;WiFi issues are the most common complaint about the Stream (and Glass) platform.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's really better to connect using an ethernet cable (and turning WiFi off in the Settings) as it provides a more stable connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your router is too far away then using Powerline adapters would be a good investment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
