    <description>&lt;P&gt;What exactly is the problem you have?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your free with Discovery + account is setup, and you are logged out after a number of weeks of not using the app, you just need to click on the sign in button, not the Get Discovery + button and sign in with the email address and password you created when first getting the Sky offer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ive just done this, as have not used my free Sky Discovery+ for a month and i5 had logged me out automatically.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help with this annoying aspect of Discovery+.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Every few weeks I have to jump through the signing on hoop when trying to watch D+.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have been told by the 'help' desk that there is nothing Sky can do and it is&amp;nbsp; fairly common problem.&amp;nbsp; Other channels are quite OK, but D+ seems to be ultra careful about allowing a user to watch without going through the signing in process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp; I will see if the info you gave helps.&amp;nbsp; Every time this happens I call the Sky helpline.&amp;nbsp; They are always trying to help and they tell me to go through the complete process.&amp;nbsp; I will try your advice next time I am locked out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
