Failing that you need to check that your puck is receiving the minimum required speeds. Open netflix &amp;gt;Left hand menu &amp;gt; get help &amp;gt; connectivity check. You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may have more luck using ethernet connector or homeplugs and turning WiFi off in the puck settings or even repositioning the puck. Also worth noting that there was an issue where black screens were being displayed, however changing channel and back usually resolved. A fix for this was deployed by Sky and is currently rolling out.
