Sky stream add whole home

Can someone advise how I can add whole home onto my sky stream account. I'm finding it impossible to do, every time I think I'm on the right lines it's about Sky Glass.

@Jen_89 Are you logging into your account 1st? You should be able to add whole home & a puck through your account when you're logged in. Manage your Sky TV - Home set-up

Thanks for your reply! Yes, all signed in but when I go in to home set up and click the whole home it seems to only take me to options for sky glass.

So are you trying to add Whole Home for the extra Sky Go options below or wanting an additional Sky Stream puck?

For Sky Go adding Whole Home allows you to also watch on four devices at the same time on the Sky Go app and on your games consoles.
