    <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming you &amp;nbsp;have Sky Stream and are talking abiut a Sky Stream puck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try re pairing your Sky Stream remote.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;On your Sky remote:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold &lt;STRONG&gt;7&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;9&lt;/STRONG&gt; together for 3 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold &lt;STRONG&gt;1&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;3&lt;/STRONG&gt; together for 3 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select &lt;STRONG&gt;Continue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
