Sky streaming keeps going off

My sky tv streaming keeps going off. I get a black screen saying WAIT FOR PROGRAM TO LOAD. This was happening every week now it's several times a day.

@Stevey24 This is usually what happens when your internet speed or wi-fi connection are not correct.

First thing to try is check where your router is located, ideally it should be connected to your puck via an Ethernet cable, or if not have a direct line of sight to your main puck. Making sure neither the puck nor the router have objects near them or your router is not near a window or mirror. If you don't know your internet speed then this can be checked on the Netflix setting menu. I hope that helps.

Apparently it's a known issue for some and Sky are working on it. It seems to improve some days and then it comes back. I am also getting it some days

@Stevey24 It happened to me last night whilst watching BBC news. It lasted for about 5 seconds and then went back to normal viewing. Sky are aware of the issue and are looking into it.

I've had the same problem. Tried to reboot several times. Tv came back on for about 5 mins then crashed again. Screen message is programme is loading. Its been off for hours now

Had it installed today, can watch about five minutes of television before it goes off. Terrible, wish I had stayed with Virgin Media.
