      <description>&lt;P&gt;Refreshing of apps can take up to 24 hours apps, but often is just a few hours.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just to make sure your Sky Stream is playing out UHD and or UHD/HDR fine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try playing a UHD/HDR on demand from Sky, like a White Lotus episode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just say 'hdr' to bring up a list of Sky channels on demand uhd/hdr to play.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, try playing something on the BBC iPlayer app in UHD.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just search UHD within the iPlayer app and it will bring up plenty to try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One other thing to try.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Log into your Netflix account in a web browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On there you used to be able go to Plyaback settings under &amp;nbsp;account settings and set the video quality .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If I remember right, the one to set in there is 4k high and auto, to make sure all your devices use that best option.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just chose The Dig via the Stream Netflix app and mine is only showing in HD with no other option. &amp;nbsp;I then selected Netflix from my LGTV app and it immediately came up as 4K. &amp;nbsp;My Stream settings are UHD and watch lots of programs in UHD,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the recent past I have watched programs on Netflix via Stream and have been surprised that they were not in 4K/UHD but never thought to check the direct app, but viewing via the direct app somehow negates the whole purpose of watching everything on Stream!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you get UHD HLG content on iPlayer for example?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, check that the HDMI port you have the puck connected to on your TV has HDR enabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are the UHD programmes you have been watching actually the UHD versions? What is the source of them? Sky on demand or other apps?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
