Hi @Dimps135 firstly try a simple reboot by doing the following: go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot.

If that doesn't resolve your issue then try a revovery process as detailed in part 4 of THIS link.

@Dimps135 Isn't this a feature with Stream that it does this after a period of inactivity?

@Anonymous Good thinking, I hadn't thought of that as @Dimps135 didn't give much information..

@Dimps135 If you don't move the remote from time to time you will get a message at the top of the screen telling you to pick up the remote to stop it shutting down. It's part of the Eco system but is easy to miss if your not paying attention.

This "feature" is very annoying but there is nothing you can do about it. I just wish Sky would give it a longer time limit like my TV which has various options including "never".
