    <description>&lt;P&gt;A month ago we lost a live channels on a puk. Attempted to reboot, update it but constantly going to software error page. Puk was replaced at a cost to us and the Puk is still showing a Software error page after attempting updates etc. it is now occurring on 3 puks. We have plugged in with an Ethernet cable too but still having software error. So 3 puks are out of use. I have phoned sky twice a week for the past 4 weeks and every person makes me follow the hard reset etc but still no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;has anyone else had this issue or any advise ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;it has now been 4 weeks without the use of 3 puks, one is still working (at the moment) and the sky glass tv is still working too!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;we have connacted BT our internet provider and they can not see any errors or blocks on our 250mbs internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
