Why cant i order online?

I'm trying to order sky stream and it keeps saying technical difficulties when searching the Internet it seems existing customers can't order online instead we have to have the inconvenience or calling or going on chat which takes over an hour ! ( I tried ordering on chat and after an hour told him to forget it as I had other things I needed to do ) plus we then lose out on any promotional things like top cashback , it's extremely unfair id there a way to order online ?

Do you have Sky Q?

If so, you will not be able to complete an online order in most cases.

Afraid the only way to order is to call Sky.

It's not just Q customers seeing this error at the moment though @lettice. I'm seeing it as a Glass/Mobile customer if trying to do something online.

With regards to top cashback usually those cashback offers are for new customers anyway so wouldn't apply if you an existing Sky + or Sky Q subscriber looking to switch to Glass/Stream.

I am a new customer i currently only have a mobile plan with sky

I currently only have a mobile plan with sky i did want to order a sky glass and sky stream but I've just gone and bought a new tv instead due to the ordering issues .
