      <title>Sky stream puck issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having afew issues with my sky stream puck. Watching the latest venom movie and it wouldn't start just black screen if I tried to fast forward says you have to &amp;nbsp;watch adverts first but just a black screen. I backed out to home to try again and the puck freezes. I had to restart devices via mains twice before finally worked and allowed me to watch the film.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Afterwards I &amp;nbsp;wanted to watch murderbot so I press play on the episode and am presented with weak or no signal from my tv. Puck won't turn on even through I get green light &amp;nbsp;when press on/off with the remote. Only way to fix is to unplug at mains again, Then I try watch episode again and but I get the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also puck is in open area but it's extremely hot ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is spoiling my evenings entertainment. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_steam_from_nose:"&gt;😤&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;help please ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
